::I had been going to a nearby dentist because I was having persistent pain in my gums around my molars, but after over a year of unnecessary root canal treatment, I became worried and moved here. Although the cost of treatment seems a bit high, the staff and doctors were very responsive and I looked forward to going there every time. Thanks to careful treatment, I am happy to say that even after the treatment, the pain in my gums did not come back and I was able to eat.

::I went to another clinic, but I couldn't get rid of the pain in my gums, so I came here. I am very satisfied with everything from the accurate diagnosis, detailed explanations, and kindness during treatment. The customer service skills of all the staff are excellent. I have recommended it to family and friends

::The director is the worst. In response to my question, I said, ``This is my policy! ! ', and they didn't give me any further explanation, which created an awkward atmosphere. I am very disappointed because I knew the staff working there and recommended it to me. Later, I was very surprised to learn that the director had said bad things about me to the staff. I won't go into details, but it was dramatized in an interesting way. I heard about it from the staff there, so there's no doubt about it. I was just asking a question I had, so why do I have to be treated like this? The network in rural areas is narrower than the director thinks, and any negative comments can reach the patient's ears. I would like you to reconsider yourself as a human being before being a medical professional. It's so unpleasant that I don't even want to give it 1 star.

::My family goes there, so I started going there too. The first response was a good impression. I am being treated by the director, but at first he suggested a treatment that was not covered by insurance, but since it was expensive, I told him that it would be covered by insurance. I have been receiving treatment, including treatments that are not covered by insurance, but I feel like their treatment has changed since I told them it was covered by insurance. I thought this was a dentist that wealthy people went to. Even if you make a reservation, you will have to wait 10 to 20 minutes every time. The reality is that the dental assistants are always unfriendly and I don't feel very comfortable going there. The X-rays show some cavities under the silver teeth, so I think I'll stop going after the treatment and whitening. However, the receptionist is always polite and even when I have a bad experience, that is the one thing that really saves me.

::The dental assistants and receptionists at this hospital are very helpful, but I'm disappointed in the director. Even though I had a cavity in my tooth and wanted treatment, they seemed to be recommending preventive dentistry, and after an hour of explanation, I was asked to make an appointment for preventive dentistry first. Moreover, I was only able to make a preventive dental appointment about a month and a half in advance. I'm concerned about tooth decay, so please take care of that first. When I said that, the director gave me a slightly disgusted look, and every time I went for treatment, the director's attitude got worse. I was told that there was a cavity underneath the silver tooth, so when they removed it, the silver tooth fell into the back of my throat and I almost swallowed it, making me cough. However, the director did not express any concern to me when I started coughing. In fact, he just sat on the table with a sigh while the dental assistant was caring for me, as if to tell me to hurry up. He just put his hands on me and looked at me with a quizzical look on his face. The only person who apologized was the dental assistant, and I shudder to think that if I had swallowed it that time, and more than anything, looking at the doctor's attitude, I'm sure this doctor would do the same thing and provide careful treatment. I didn't think I could expect that. I thought it would be okay to go to the hospital if it was just for preventive dentistry, but frankly speaking, I don't want to undergo the treatment given by the director again.
