(Added) The things I complained about during counseling did not improve even after the correction was almost completed. In the end, I went to several other orthodontists for second opinions and was told that I had no choice but to re-orthodontize. Some doctors said that tooth extraction was indicated from the beginning and wondered what kind of treatment plan they had. They tried to finish the orthodontics when my bite was not aligned and my lips could not close. The doctors I went to for a second opinion unanimously told me that there was no need for surgery and that it was strange that I hadn't had my teeth extracted or straightened. I started treatment believing that he was a certified doctor, but in the end most of the adjustments were done by other doctors. There was no apology, no proper treatment plan, no records kept, and I felt it was completely insane. Additionally, a professor at the Department of Oral Surgery at Hamamatsu Medical University told me that he sometimes had trouble communicating with patients, and that patients who were not suitable for surgery were referred to him for surgery without much explanation (he explained to the patient that the surgery was not necessary) and sent him home. I did. I'm sure there are some people who have had success with it, but personally I would never recommend it. The director has posted a review saying that unscrupulous businesses are deliberately giving bad reviews, but I think this is all true. It's not a problem of the receptionist's bad attitude or anything like that. There are problems with the director's technique, treatment plan, and attitude. I would appreciate it if you could refer to the reviews so that you don't become a victim like me. (Additional note: The director wrote in his review that he would listen to the requests of many patients and try to satisfy them, but at least for me, he did not respond in that way.) If you have been referred to an oral surgeon, I think it would be a good idea to ask the oral surgeon about their reputation.

We would like to thank the many patients who visited our clinic this year. I occasionally read reviews and find that most clinics have few good reviews and many complaints. You can also see the same person posting several posts. To date, we have treated more than 4,000 patients, and most of them are satisfied and come to us through word of mouth. Some of the reviews are completely different, but if there is something you remember, we have improved it. Some patients may also have some problems. It may seem pitiful, but there are patients who believe in word of mouth, go to many clinics, read word of mouth, and time passes, and their condition does not improve. I believe that patients who believe word of mouth and do not come to our clinic are missing out. I believe that all doctors listen to the needs of many patients and treat them with the same feeling of satisfaction.

Regarding the response of the hospital director. If you work at a regular company, I get the impression that you don't experience being warned or scolded as a new employee. For example, greetings, wording, and explanations during treatment. If you'd like to say hello, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting. Thank you for coming. I won't say anything like that. Treatment explanations may feel inadequate. They started cutting teeth without permission, and on the last day of orthodontics, they suddenly started removing braces without saying that the treatment was over. During the treatment, the mask hit my face, and my face was bruised and bled, but I didn't receive a proper apology, just an "Ah!". When I mentioned this at checkout, he got furious. He said, ``Then why don't you go to the hospital? I'll pay for the band-aid.'' After orthodontics, there were 6 inverted triangle gaps between my front teeth. I wish the risks had been explained to me before the treatment. There were many times during the treatment that I felt frustrated and sad. To put it bluntly, I think it's the craftsmanship. It might be a good idea to approach them as a professional. I think it's wonderful that they accept intern doctors and provide an environment in which they can develop. The intern doctors and nurses were polite and kind, so I felt at ease.

I am currently attending here in progress. First of all, as others have said, the director does the counseling, but the actual counseling is done by a young doctor. I've had to wait a long time even though I made a reservation, but I've been coming here for about 10 months and I've only waited 20 minutes once. I think it's probably because the reservation time is when most people are coming home from work or kids are finishing school that it gets crowded. I usually make an appointment around the start time of the clinic on weekdays, but I'm always called within a few minutes. Saturdays and Sundays are popular, so it seems like you can't basically make reservations a month in advance. There is one dental hygienist who is not very good. Also, I think both the previous and current receptionists are doing their best to handle the phone calls and reception by themselves, and I have never felt that they were poorly handled. It has good access from the station, and so far the treatment is going well.

I started going there about two years ago. It has a homely atmosphere, and I get the impression that most of the teachers and hygienists are kind. The hygienist always waits until the doctor comes, which makes me very happy. Is the receptionist from last year? I think it has changed. It's true that the previous receptionist seemed a little scary, but the current one is polite, cheerful, and friendly. I have never felt particularly uncomfortable with the response. It's been almost 2 months since I've made reservations for Saturdays and Sundays, so it's a little difficult to get reservations, but so far I've been able to attend without any problems.
