::Today I topped it with green onions. It really matched well. It was correct. This is the only Hita Yakisoba restaurant in Hiroshima. I haven't had a chance to go to Kurume recently and can't go to Chuotei, so I'm very happy to be able to have it in Hiroshima. Crispy noodles, crunchy bean sprouts, and thick pork that isn't thinly sliced. It was served with raw egg topping and plenty of sauce. I would be happy if there was a soup with gyoza on the menu. I will come again. Next time I'll make a large serving and add green onion topping.

::I never thought I would be able to eat Hita Yakisoba in Hiroshima! ! I've eaten the authentic yakisoba several times, but the yakisoba at this restaurant was delicious with crispy noodles 😋

::This is Sofuren style yakisoba, which is famous in Hita City, Oita Prefecture. This is an unusual type of yakisoba with crispy noodles and bean sprouts that will make you addictive. Recommended is on-the-raw eggs or fried eggs. The sauce is light but has a aftertaste. I think Kiichi's is a little darker. Hiroshima is a city of sauces, so I think it's good to have such a punch. I haven't found out much about how delicious it is yet, so I think there will be a long line of people once it becomes known.
