::A while back, my wife went to see a doctor when she had a toothache. My wife seemed prepared to have her tooth extracted, but she was told that it would be better to save as much of it as possible, so she was happy that she was treated without having to extract the tooth. The teacher did everything from reception, but he was kind and helpful.
