::My mother was taken by ambulance, and while I was waiting, a doctor who introduced himself as the attending physician came and asked me to go to the waiting room. The first thing I was told was, ``Please be prepared.'' Without any good explanations, they unilaterally said things like, ``If you do a health check every year, you'll know.'' ``If you're a heart professional, you'll know if there's something wrong just by listening to the heartbeat.I'm a professional, so I understand.'' ``After giving birth to a child... It's a miracle that I raised him and that he is still alive this year.'' In the end, he was transferred to another hospital, where he was examined and was told that although his condition was serious, it was not something he should be prepared for. Even though I came in the ambulance with him, after I got off, he didn't say hello even once and went home alone. I was really angry.

::As a member of the association, I would like to write a review with hopes for improvement. Perhaps because this request was a special one, the response from the accounting/reception staff was a bit sloppy and intimidating. If a one-sided response is fine, I think the job could be done by a machine or AI. (Isn't it a wonderful thing about humans that we can respond to irregular events?) Rather than assuming that I am wrong and replying, I would like you to ask me back if there is anything that is difficult to understand. The other staff members were very responsive. In particular, the staff who showed me around the hospital right at the entrance were friendly and gave me detailed information about the hospital.

::My mother had terminal cancer and was admitted to the palliative care department. All the palliative care nurses are kind and nice people. However, the surgical nurses are not so good. After the surgery, I was wearing an oxygen mask and couldn't make a sound, but when I called the nurse, she said, ``What's wrong?'' I have doubts. My mother passed away a month and a half after being hospitalized, but I am grateful to everyone who provided palliative care.

::The wait can be a bit longer here, and it is best to get there when it opens. However, the doctors are knowledgeable and helpful. They could see me quickly last year when I had the flu and a second time when I had a sprained ankle. Both times, the doctors were friendly, and we're able to help me with my issues quickly. One of the more personal and larger hospitals in Hirosaki.

::My son was born here on 7/12/19 and the staff were great we couldn't have asked for a better team the nurses were attentive and caring for both my wife and baby and they were very patient with me as my Japanese is limited we are ever so greatful for all you have done especially bringing our haafu boy safely into this world kiaora noho ora mai arigatogozaimashita ❤️🇳🇿🇯🇵
