  new, clean. Fair price. opposite to the Shinagawa Station. Convenient location.

  Clean facilities, small rooms without feeling cramped. The service is friendly, as expected, and the included Japanese breakfast menu set was of much higher quality than I came to expect from Western hotels. Great location if you need to be close to Shinagawa Station. Good value for the money.
