::I had a high fever of over 39 degrees Celsius and a headache for three days, and as expected, I became anxious and thought it was just an occupational infection, so although I knew he was busy, I called him in advance and went to the emergency room. I was told in advance that I would have to wait, and since I had a fever, I thought it was natural to prioritize human life first, so I didn't feel any discomfort and was allowed to lie down on a chair and wait. (Titles omitted below) The male nurse who interviewed me, the resident doctor, the female nurse who performed the antibody test, and the female doctor who was called the managing director. Each patient was very skillful and involved in the examination. However, I found it strange that while I had a high fever, I was asked to go back to the examination room and repeat the questions I had answered once. Also, I heard from right behind me that I would check with the managing director, but to sum it up, there is no problem, so I just need to palpate it and return it. That's what I mean. I just had a fever, nothing. I was relieved, and I felt sorry when I heard the pained voice coming from nearby. (I also declined the blood test because it wasn't recommended.) However, when I heard this answer from behind, I felt a little lonely. The doctor's appointment was over, and I was left in Okae-cho for nearly an hour, wondering if it was just a fever that could not be called a cold. I was able to endure it because my mother happened to arrive, but I don't think I could have endured it alone. I filled it out in such detail that I thought it would be self-explanatory, but I would appreciate it if you could improve it for the benefit of future patients. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to check on me.

::A man in his 70s. She visited Kahoku Hospital with sudden severe abdominal pain. Immediately hospitalized, immediately operated on, it was said to be appendicitis. Even after the surgery, the doctor makes rounds and receives frequent care from a nurse. I am very grateful for your speedy and sincere response. Below is my personal opinion The intensive care unit I entered after surgery is separated by a curtain, but it is so small that I can hear the voices of nearby patients.I express my frustration and anger to the nurses rather than the pain and anxiety. The female nurse treated me kindly and patiently. I really think it's a tough job. I feel sorry for her if she doesn't reward her with better treatment. I often hear that hospital food is bad. It's definitely bad.If you think about it, I think it's the amount of salt. How do we eat salty foods every day? It's well thought out, the amount of protein is plentiful, the vegetables are cooked and there's no salad. Perhaps due to budget constraints, the quality of the ingredients is not good. Health first, taste second. The facility's age is noticeable; some of the wallpaper in the private rooms is peeling off, and the equipment is poorly placed and difficult to use. The hallway is uneven, and the IV stand does not move smoothly. A new hospital is currently being constructed on the site of the Keyaki mansion, so I hope it will be completed soon. To all the staff at Kahoku Hospital, please do your best to provide local medical care.

::Had a referral from my neighbourhood ENT and a reservation for 9 AM. I was asked to arrive at 8:45. Arrived at 8:40. Saw the doctor by 9:15. Was paid and out the door by 9:45. The doctor was friendly and thorough. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Everything was clearly explained along the way. Couldn't have had a better experience, especially for a hospital this size. Note: I speak Japanese, so that was a big help.
