  I have taken care of children before. The teacher was kind and nice, but several times I felt dissatisfied with the receptionist's response. The reason I stopped coming to the hospital was because my child became unwell two or three days before his regular checkup appointment, so I contacted him to change the appointment. The date I wanted was already booked by someone else, so I asked, ``I don't mind if it's a little later in the day, do you have any free time in the evening?'' I got angry and said, ``Just like you made reservations three months in advance, everyone has already made reservations for a long time.'' We certainly apologize for the inconvenience caused by changing your reservation, but we have contacted you in advance and I think it can't be helped that you are feeling unwell. I understand that you are busy, but I would like to ask for a more gentle response.

  The dentist was efficient. The reception was also nice. Better than nearby dental clinics!
