::nurse's bad attitude I was rushed to the hospital but had to wait for about 10 minutes.

::A family member was admitted to the hospital, so when I went to go through the admission procedures, there was someone at the nurse's station who ignored my calls. The person who came after me asked me to wait on the sofa, so while I was waiting, I noticed someone standing in front of me. The nurse who passed by opened and closed the sliding door with such force that it looked as if it would break, which made me feel uncomfortable. When I took the documents I had written to the nurse's station, there were 5 or 6 people hanging out at the table in the middle talking loudly, but I was the one to apologize! I handed over some paperwork, but even when I spoke to him in a loud voice, he completely ignored me. Someone who looked like a nursing assistant came from the back, and without explaining anything about the family being hospitalized, I was made to sign a document stating that I had listened to the explanation.

::The other day, I went to the hospital in the middle of the night for an emergency outpatient visit. I went there, but there were no tests, no treatment, and no explanation as to why I had a high fever, and they just gave me medicine. Think about why people with illnesses go to the hospital.

::Do you really have a medical license? Are you a savage doctor? I thought. When I went to see her in severe pain, the receptionist didn't even speak to me, pretended not to know me even though she was standing right in front of me, and ended up walking past me several times before returning to my desk. During the important medical treatment, they ignored my symptoms and only said worrying things such as ``The test results are fine'' and ``I don't understand,'' and prescribed medication. When he asked about the illness he assumed based on the symptoms, he continued to assume other people's feelings without checking, saying things like, ``In that case, I think it would be more painful.'' Naturally, the prescribed medicine had no effect at all and the suffering dragged on for several days. Later, when he was examined at another hospital, he was found to be suffering from the same illness as he had suggested, and was prescribed appropriate medication, and he is now on the road to recovery. I regret wasting time and money.

::Doctors recommend difficult tests and treatments for elderly people who lack physical strength, but they never force them. It's easy to think that they're trying to get money, but I think they're being conscientious in that respect, since laypeople won't understand unless they're shown what kind of testing and treatment they can provide. Looks like you're getting it. I don't know if the technical aspects are good or bad, but everyone is really kind. I appreciate that.
