Rei Renta,
::I went there for the first time in a while and it was the worst. They also make announcements when you are waiting for your turn, but if there are us or other people waiting in front of you, like at Sushiro, Hama Sushi, or other restaurants, they will say that they will move your turn. There was supposed to be an announcement, but there wasn't one at the Kappa Shimizu store, so it was hard to understand. (This is common sense.) As for the sushi, it's not delicious either. The sushi rice may be vinegar, but it tastes like water, and the seaweed was dry and not tasty. Delivery is also too slow. The sushi I order is placed on the same plate, so I have to eat it myself and share it with a friend, so I don't like it when the sushi comes on the same plate. This is also a matter of common sense, but I think it is normal to have one plate at a time. The staff's response was also not good. I can't do it from the greeting. If I had to really point it out, the only thing I would say is that the dessert was delicious. Everything else failed due to common sense issues.

::The store staff's customer service seems to be good without any problems. I have no complaints about the sushi and other things I eat. However, compared to other conveyor belt sushi restaurants, the sushi is not rotated around and the plates are always placed horizontally, making them gradually narrower. Even if you order on a tablet, the staff will bring it to you depending on the quantity. It's very difficult for the store staff. I want an atmosphere that makes eating a little more enjoyable.

::Service was prompt although they didn't have any sushi available on the conveyor belt so we had to order everything by the touch screen, which I felt kind of defeated the fun of going to a kaiten sushi place. The hotdog sushi was also amusing.

::Very good and budget place to taste Japanese sushi 🍣. Ideal for first time Japan visitors. Especially the bullet train serving orders to your table is very interesting.. Haven't seen such a thing anywhere in the world so far 😀. Some vegetarian and egg sushi are also available if you are not ok with fish and meat!
