::The building is old. It is nice that parking is free. On the day of our visit, there were mostly foreign tourists who seemed to be from China. The guidance by the female staff at check-in was disappointingly poor. We had to confirm the location of the breakfast room from here. There was no explanation about the light switch in the hotel room, which was a problem for most of us. You enter the room, it's pitch black, and you can't find the Nakayaka. I turned on the light on my smart phone and looked for the switch and found the remote control switch for the room lights placed in front of the TV. Typical hotels have a switch on the wall right as you enter the room, but not this hotel. I strongly wished they would have explained this at check-in.

::clean and quiet but wifi very very slow. disconnecting very often. too uncomfortable.

::What i liked: Pleasant staff, comfortable beds, decent sized rooms. Toiletries provided including toothpaste and toothbrush set (unfortunately I left mine at a previous accomodation so this came in handy!). Sea view, albeit with highway. Shuttle bus service to nearest train station. What i disliked: Water pressure in shower could be better. Overall, good value for the price we got. We stayed here with the hope of getting to Osaka Kansai airport easily from the hotel (by car) but we totally did not anticipate the bad traffic even in late morning. It would have been much better to stay around Rinku town area which is much closer to the airport (no fear of getting stuck in traffic to the airport), and with more exciting shopping options.

::It's a great choice hotel I missed my flight and I booked this for 1 night. I had a splendid time here. The staff are friendly and helpful for all things.

::Room were so small and had very humid smell. Wifi are extremely bad. It's really really bad. We can't even load fb or ig video. Can you imagine. There's nothing around the hotel area, need to walk approx 10-15 mins to the nearest family mart.
