  Superb place. Beautiful hotel and rooms with a nice view of the ocean. Free wine and sparkling wine in the evening. Staff were very friendly and there is even a free shuttle service from the train station.

  One of the best hotels I have stayed in Japan. The room was very good with a private onsen facing the sea. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious and the portion was enough. We cannot finish all the rice for dinner and they made rice balls for us to bring back to room. The hotel is not close any station. It is not so convienient if we don't have a car.

  Luxury hotel with excellent dinner and breakfast. Of course, the service is amazing. Many rooms have private hot springs so if you are shy, this is a place to enjoy the onsen. And the view is just amazing. There is nothing like waking up first thing in the morning and taking a hot bath with the sounds of the sea and birdsong. There are more expensive rooms however we like this one because your bed is facing this beautiful view. In fact, we didn't close the blind at night, so the open sky and sea served as our alarm clock. It almost feels as if you are camping but a lot more comfortable. Did I mention the view?

  Completely enjoyed my stay here on my birthday. The dinner with crabs was amazing, the servers were extremely efficient yet professional. Best service. They have free white/red/bubbly wines and all kinds of juices and fruit infused water, at the lobby in the evening time. The Public hot springs were mediocre, the sauna was great though. I love the private onsen in my room over the public ones. There is a very relaxing lounge next to the public bath on the first floor, and a free massage chair on 7th floor. They have multilingual staff that are super friendly and helpful. They gave us a free ride the next morning to the nearest bus stop. The room is facing the ocean with picturesque large windows and private onsen facing the ocean as well. TVs are wall size. My birthday cake was served in the room with cute decorations and I loved the vibe. The overall experience is top notch based on my experience of numerous onsen hotels in Japan.

  The hotel was newly renovated in cozy interior design. The room was spacious & the sea view was stunning. It gave a quiet & relax environment during our stay. Staffs are all very profession, helpful & kind.
