  Compared to other supermarkets such as San-A, Max Value, Ryubou, and Union, the atmosphere inside the store is poor. It's brutal. For the first time in all my years of using supermarkets, this one had a bad atmosphere and made me feel uncomfortable. I've never thought that way about other Kanehide either.

  I buy Kanehide's sashimi for New Year's and Obon. It's fresh, delicious, and crunchy. Thank you for your continued support. The young part-time worker at the cash register also has a smiling face and is very soothing.

  About three years ago, the prices of side dishes and bento boxes have been raised from the previous reasonable prices to prices comparable to Ryubo, but the quality of the products has not kept up with the prices. No added value is considered. Only the price has been revised, and the quality of the product is much lower than that of competing stores. I don't know if it was a mistake on the label, but isn't 570 yen for 3 pieces of fish tempura expensive? The customer service level is worse than before.

  The other day, I purchased a 30-piece disposable lunch box. As I continued to use it, there was a lid but no container, and no matter how hard I looked, I couldn't find it. When I counted the lids, there were exactly 10. I don't think such a mistake could happen, so I don't bother to count the items after I purchase them, and I have already thrown away the receipt. It's not that Kanehide is at fault, but I wrote this review because I wanted people to see it and know about it.

  It is often used at night. I get the impression that there are a lot of young male staff, but I can't say that their customer service is good. There was a mother with a small child in the store, and she was stocking up on various items in front of the product shelves. A store clerk was pushing a large cart (so loaded with products that you couldn't see the front of it) that he and his child were barely able to pass in front of the product shelves. At that time, I walked past without saying a word, so the mother looked at the staff in surprise, and the child who immediately pulled her hand staggered, and I was honestly surprised as I was watching from behind. I felt very uncomfortable. If the mother had reacted a little longer, the child would have been hit. My mother kept looking at the store clerk, dumbfounded, but the clerk ignored her. It's a problem for me as a store clerk, but I think it's common sense to greet people when you pass them. Let's respect the minimum human manners.
