  I noticed that the documents were missing after I posted them, so can I collect them? When I called them, they collected it from the mailbox and delivered it to my house! Thank you very much for your kind response, even though it caused me extra work!

  When exchanging a lot of old, unused New Year's postcards and miswritten stamps for stamps, they handled the process carefully and without a single unpleasant look.
