::I ate grilled oysters. There were about 5 types of oysters from different regions, but the more expensive ones were the most delicious. Some of them didn't really like oysters, but they ate oyster ajillo, oyster rice, crab gratin, shrimp, and cruelly grilled abalone. When the abalone was grilled, it really lived up to its name and looked cute. There wasn't a lot of parking space, but nearby parking was cheap so it was good. It was a little cold inside, so the hot sake was delicious. Sparks sometimes flew around, so it's best to wear a jacket made of a material that doesn't get punctured, such as polyester. It was a bit cold, so some people kept their jackets on. Of course, reservations are required.

::It is a reproduction of an oyster hut in Hiroshima, and has a very atmospheric atmosphere. It's fun to observe details such as oyster fishing nets. The grilled oysters are also plump and delicious, and you'll want to eat as many as you want.

::The good thing is that it's not open all year round, but only during the winter. It's in a really inconvenient place, so please do your best. A simple desk, chair, and stove in a garage-like building is irresistible. 60-minute grilled oyster all-you-can-eat course 3,980 yen Garlic oyster steak/fried oysters 860 yen each Grilled stingray fillet 580 yen The all-you-can-eat course comes with oyster pot rice, two types of oden, miso soup, and one drink. Additionally, the miso soup also includes oysters, which you can eat as much as you want. Grill the oysters flat side down for 2 minutes, then flip them over and grill for 2 minutes. I cover it with an aluminum plate to prevent it from scattering, so I can bake at most 4 at a time. How to grill oysters efficiently? It's no exaggeration to say that's the crux of this all-you-can-eat experience. A few notes for next time. ① Be careful as the rice and miso soup will all be served at the same time. ② Since the all-you-can-eat time is busy, it is best to eat one dish after the all-you-can-eat time ends. ③I'll be as silent as a crab ④Oysters are delicious as is, but butter or butter ponzu sauce is also delicious. ⑤If the oden has cooled down, you can reheat it on an aluminum plate after the all-you-can-eat time ends to make it piping hot. By the way, the garlic steak was extremely delicious. After the battle, let's all relax together, grill some stingray fins, drink sake, and praise each other for a good fight. Please don't come wearing clothes, as they will get dirty from oyster juice and other things.

::Every year in winter, I get a craving for oysters, so I eat all-you-can-eat to satisfy my cravings. It seems that 3 to 4 cars can be parked in front of the store. Advance reservations are required, and the cost is 3,610 yen (60 minutes, including one drink), plus an additional 220 yen for stove usage. During this time, oyster miso soup, oyster rice, and oden are also included. For the all-you-can-eat option, choose grilled oysters. We have all the necessary supplies. You can eat it as is or with ponzu or soy sauce. The oysters are usually delicious, and since you grill them yourself, the oysters can be explosive and fun. However, what is disappointing is the store's response. The staff are unfriendly, and even when I call them, they seem tired and the atmosphere is... He seemed to be alone in the store, and even when I asked for additional help, he often didn't respond immediately. In the end, it was forced to close due to the obvious time-saving last order. Sitting down may be the start time. Next winter, I'll turn my attention to other stores.

::It's not an all-you-can-eat option, but a regular one. There were about 5 types of oysters for grilled oysters, depending on their origin, as well as a variety of other shellfish, grilled vegetables for BBQ, oyster gratin, sausage, and more. They taught us how to grill oysters, so even beginners at oyster huts could eat them with confidence. There were also many other oyster dishes. I think the individual dishes are delicious and reasonably priced.
