A family member was suddenly taken ill. It was new, so it was clean and had a good impression, but the customer service was the worst. Since it was so sudden, I headed there without having eaten, and there were no shops, so the wait was agonizing. I ended up being hospitalized, so I went back to my house far away to pick up my belongings and visited again. Advance reservations are required for visits, and there are three 10-minute slots per week (first come, first served for all patients, not just one person), so they don't even allow me to hand over my luggage for emergency hospitalization. After being kept in the entrance for almost an hour, I finally handed it over to the nurse who came out. Since there is a receptionist, wouldn't it be okay for me to leave it there? I also have to pay for parking, which makes me feel really bad. Aside from treatment costs, hospitalization costs and daily necessities costs are also higher than elsewhere. We recommend that you leave the hospital as soon as possible.

My family was in the hospital. Since I can only meet online (online), I have no idea what the hospital room is like or what the nurses are doing. I was anxious the whole time I was in the hospital, and my family came home saying that the night nurse's treatment was traumatic.

I was hospitalized with a cerebral hemorrhage. All the staff, including the doctors, nurses, rehabilitation staff, caregivers, cleaning staff, etc., took good care of me, and I was able to have a very comfortable stay in the hospital! I'm really thankful to you! I am truly humbled by everyone's work. Everyone was cheerful and helped me a lot when I tended to feel depressed during my stay in the hospital. Also, other people's reviews mentioned the reception staff's response, but they certainly weren't very friendly and didn't seem to speak well. However, he is a man of a certain age, and seems to be carrying out his duties properly. I feel anxious when I go to the doctor, so at first I was like, huh? However, when I spoke to her for a while when she was discharged from the hospital, she had a wonderful smile! I'm sure there will always be things that don't fit, but I think I was able to stay at a very good hospital! Everyone Thank you very much!

He took care of me during surgery for arterial stenosis, and I was very grateful for his kindness and kindness. The care I received especially after surgery was excellent. The doctor and nurse were really kind to me.

I had my mother examined, but at first it was diagnosed that she had a subdural hematoma in her brain. With a referral from her family doctor, she was transported by ambulance, and a kind and talented young male doctor performed bloodletting for about 15 minutes. I was able to be discharged from the hospital a week after the surgery, which I was very grateful for. Afterwards, she became weak due to loss of appetite, and an ambulance was called to take her to the hospital, but the previous doctor was not available that day, and another young female doctor took care of her, but she was admitted to the hospital even though she was unable to eat or drink. I was told to go home right away, so I went back to get the car and was worried, so I asked my cousin who lives nearby to come and talk to me, and asked if it would be okay if I didn't have to go to the hospital with her. When I asked her about it, she said it was unnecessary and gave up, and the next day after I went home, the female doctor contacted me and asked me, ``I don't have anything important to do, but how are you doing?'' Even though I told him that I was not doing well, he said, ``Even if I am hospitalized, there is no name for my illness, so please keep an eye on me and let me know if anything happens.''Isn't it time for something to happen?'' !?'' But he died two days later. Thanks to all of you, depending on the doctor in charge, you may be at a big loss, so please be careful. I will never go there again.
