::It’s been a while since I last had Kairikiya and it was delicious! This is my first time using this store. I'm glad that it's open until 0:00. I went on Friday around 22:30. Both the parking lot and the restaurant were empty, so I was able to get a seat right away. I happened to be wearing a white shirt that day. As soon as I took my seat, a staff member asked, ``Would you like me to bring an apron?'' The other staff members were also very friendly!

::【third time】 Came here for the first time in a while. Today I decided to order a different type of ramen, so I ordered the Kyoto jet black soy sauce ramen. Is it tamari soy sauce? The deep flavor was amazing. 【Second time】 I was hooked on the taste of the ramen I ate here last time and wanted to eat it again, so I went back the next week. Just like last time, I enjoyed the special soy sauce ramen with heaps of Kujo green onions on the table. [First time] I've always disliked ramen specialty restaurants and only went to local Chinese restaurants, but this was my first time visiting here. My first order was the special soy sauce ramen. Due to my age, my body can no longer tolerate soups with a lot of back fat, but it was helpful to be able to choose the amount of back fat. I chose the firmness of the noodles and went with fried rice and gyoza as a set. The noodles are my favorite street food stall style thin straight noodles. The flavor of the wheat is good, and it goes perfectly with the special dark soy sauce soup. Many restaurants serve fried rice even if they say it's fried rice, but here we had native fried rice with green onions at the table. The soy sauce ramen had more of a soy flavor than I expected, and the flavor of the chicken bones and backfat gave it depth, giving it a three-dimensional flavor. Also, the greetings and casual greetings from the floor staff and kitchen staff make you feel comfortable, and the high level of hospitality further enhances the taste. I would like to stop by again.
