  Parking lot is small Even if the parking lot is empty, there are many cars parked on the street in front. I wonder if the post office here accepts that?

  This station imposes its own rules. When I contacted the head office and other stations, I was told that there was no such rule, and in fact, the procedure at other stations was not necessary. When I pointed this out to them, they made no apologies, just made excuses, and requested improvements, but they responded in the same way, as if there was no coordination within the department. Fortunately, there are several post offices nearby, so I think it would be better to go elsewhere.
