  I visited for the first time the other day to ship something I had sold on a flea market app, and the woman's service was the worst. I was asked if there were any batteries, adhesives, etc. Yes, it is okay. If you answer It's not okay, it's not included, right? I was asked with a bit of enthusiasm 😅 I had put a stamp on the item that said it contained something important, but it shouldn't be handled with care, I thought, which made me want to go crazy😅😅😅 I've been to the post office hundreds of times, but this is the first time I've seen such poor customer service. I think it's from other people's reviews. To be honest, I don't want to go there anymore, but I have no choice but to go because it's relatively close to my new house, so I plan to make a proper complaint if anything happens again. At the very least, please do not stay at the counter if you are unable to respond in a normal manner. I was at a level where I doubted whether they were trying to relieve stress at the counter 😅

  The attitude of the two women at the counter is very bad. Don't post offices provide counter training for reception staff? There were times when it was really bad and I could hear a small click of my tongue. Also, there is a complete lack of gratitude and politeness when dealing with customers. Every time I go there, I feel uncomfortable and even think about going to a faraway post office.
