::Every time I go there, the receptionist is unfriendly, and even when I take my child to the emergency department, they don't really examine me, and the doctors and nurses just talk nonsense. After I contacted them, I was finally seen, but I was surprised to find out that they were very curt and that the consultation fees were higher than other hospitals, even for the same emergency outpatient department. There was a man at the reception desk at the emergency department, but he didn't act close to the sick, and when I took his child with him, there were some who were crying, probably because it was painful, but the receptionist didn't even talk to him or look at him. Pretend. I couldn't help but call out to him. Since it's a hospital, shouldn't we be a little closer to the patients?

::Because the epidermis was detached, the bleeding continued for over an hour even after I stopped it, so I was wondering if I should see a doctor. When I consulted the nighttime emergency department, the reception staff, nurses, and doctors were very attentive to me. Thank you for your courteous response even though it was at night.

::My previous doctor told me that I had cholecystitis, so I came here by ambulance. A middle-aged surgeon suggested that I go to the hospital and undergo surgery, but in the end that was not possible, so I went to Tokushukai Hospital. I'm wondering why I went to see the doctor after all, so I'm giving it less than 1 star. I told you I could do it...

::Due to my move, I was referred to the pediatrics department at the Co-op Clinic. I am very grateful to the doctor for being so kind to me, but I am very disappointed in the way the receptionist and nurses treated me. After 3:00 pm, I finished my appointment on the 1st floor for my evening consultation, and as I was waiting in the waiting room on the 2nd floor, the woman at the reception desk asked me, ``Have you finished your appointment?'' The appointment starts at 3:50 pm. I told them that I had already checked in and that I would be waiting at the hospital until 3:50pm. When the woman heard my words, she tilted her head in displeasure and could only go to the second floor at 3:50 p.m. said. When I went to the reception desk on the first floor and told them that I had not received such an explanation, they tilted their heads again and looked shocked. I felt very sad and disappointed. Could the receptionists be a little more patient-oriented?

::In February, I fell while shopping and hit my knee.I couldn't walk because of the pain, so I went to my local co-op hospital. I went to the reception desk and asked if I could get a medical examination because my knee hurts. When I said that, they responded by saying that it was impossible because it was off-hours... I had no choice but to go to the Japanese Red Cross Hospital and ask for a medical examination, and they immediately responded and took an X-ray. The result was 3 fractures and immediate hospitalization. I had surgery two days later and am still in the hospital and undergoing rehabilitation. I am extremely dissatisfied with the co-op's response. I don't want to go anymore. A few years ago, I was hospitalized for surgery, but no matter how many times I reinjected the drip, it kept leaking, and I had to call the nurse every time.Is this on purpose? They said. The way the nurse inserts the needle is so bad! I wanted to say that.
