::I stayed 3 nights in this hotel in mid-June. It surprises me that this hotel got such a high rating here and also some other online booking agents. The manner and language proficiency of the staffs have to be improved, particularly the front desk and the restaurant at Annex Building. When we first entered the hotel, it seems all staffs were quite busy at their desks on the computer and not realised there were guests. During the check in process, the poor communication of the staff caused much misunderstanding and wasted lots of time in processing the document, glad I do comprehend a little bit (only really a little bit) of Japanese. The breakfast arrangement is awful. It is not because of the food, the food is ok, but the way they admit guests to the restaurant. I have never been to any hotels that require long queue at breakfast hours. If you are unable to cater such amount of guests at the busy hours, perhaps you may consider offering other forms of breakfasts (why shabu-shabu for breakfast at such a small restaurants which could take long time to wait for?) or allowing reservation in advance. The room is neat and tidy. However, the cleaning staffs never “complete” the cleaning by leaving one of the bins not emptied every day. (And it was strange that, for the first day of staying, they only emptied the bins but leaving one of the beds untidied…) I do treasure they are all friendly and polite (much better than the front desk) anyway. For the parking, given the location, I suppose it is a must to 99% of guests getting to the hotel by car. I was annoyed by the limited number of parking lots which always got fully occupied in the early evening. Overall, although the rooms and amenities (two swimming pools, and also the hotel is adjacent to the beach) are not bad, I would not recommend this hotel and i believe there are better options around the area.

::I stayed 3 nights at the Annex Condo, here we have kitchen, washing machine and bath tub,surprisingly they offer detergent. If you choose not making the bed for daily cleaning, they will offer you ¥1000 coupon. There are Japanese style buffet and western style buffet for breakfast, but I don’t like japanese style, A senior staff in the orange restaurant, who is a french is a very friendly guy, I enjoy talking with him, and the atmosphere just like vacation at Côte d'Azur。

::Stay 2 nights here. Room is clean and spacious. Highly recommend to take the Japanese buffet breakfast. You can taste the Okinawa pork in different styles! Must try!

::We were planning to stay in this hotel tonight. We were disappointed by a nearby hotel when we checked-in, so we made a Kafuu Condo hotel booking at the last minute. And we were glad that we were disappointed by nearby old hotel! Kafuu was so nice and relaxing. We can feel that they were understaffed, took us a while to check-in, Italian restaurant hall staff was insufficient. However, that doesn’t change our impression of this hotel Staff was so friendly, smily. Also very attentive! The Italian restaurant was so delicious, it’s not cheap by Okinawa standard but if you compare it to other place in Japan like Tokyo, its still reasonable. Room was so HUGE! So CLEAN! They bathtub was so huge! Bed was so comfort! Pool wasn’t big but the view was breathtaking. They also offer free pool side bar, get drunk! Too bad the pool was closed before sunset…. Well, we can grab a drink from the pool side bar and enjoy the sunset on our own balcony. My wife actually prefers that over in the pool. Down side, If you want to go to the beach, you have to walk across the street, it’s around 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. And Internet sucks, it’s all or nothing. Either very fast or keeps on loading. Overall, It’s a very nice hotel!
