::I had to wait at the hotel's driveway without a reservation, which made me feel quite anxious. The guest room has some damage in some places. The cleaning is thorough and very good! There were some bad people on the staff. When the kids were waiting their turn to shoot, it was over at 8 o'clock. A male employee in his 40s barged in and saw a child waiting half in tears, which made me feel disappointed. I asked for a mobile cart, but it didn't come after 15 minutes, so I checked with the staff and was told to wait, but I couldn't wait and walked home in the rain.

::We stayed in a marvellous 2-bedroom suite with great ocean view (apparently all suites/rooms have water view). Everything was great from service, food, parking, clean & spacious bedrooms, bathroom, etc. There were 2 negative things that rated it 4 stars instead of 5: - Beds: all the beds weren't very comfortable, they were on the old, soft side & we could even feel the springs movement - Lighting: it's so dark that we could barely see anything even with the lights all on. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would come back (and hopefully get better beddings and lighting)

::The room is very spacious, 2LDK, and the kitchen has a rice cooker, an electromagnetic cooker, pots, and frying pans. There is also a double bed on the balcony where you can relax. Although it is not adjacent to the beach, it is located on a hill so you can see the beach clearly from your room or balcony. Unfortunately, you can only hear the sound of cars from the road and not the ocean. You can walk towards the beach through a botanical garden. The back is adjacent to the PGM Golf Resort course and you can also see Hibiscus No. 2 hole. Breakfast is a buffet overlooking the sea, but the quality of the food is of a rare quality. It's a bit disappointing that sometimes it gets crowded and you have to wait. If you have plans in the morning, you might not be able to make it in time, so I think it's okay to make a reservation. The staff and room make-up staff are very polite.
