::Entered the store after 1pm. There were two female customers. After that, an elderly male customer and a family came in. The atmosphere makes it feel comfortable even if you are alone. I was shown to a two-seater seat facing the window. I ordered iron plate pancakes and iced coffee. Does it take a long time to bake? More than 10 minutes? It felt like a long wait. But when I arrived, I was satisfied. A pancake with an admirable shape served piping hot in a small iron frying pan. It was the first time in my life that I had pancakes that were so fluffy and juicy. The additional ``honey'' is also great. I was very satisfied with how delicious it went with the butter. I want to teach it to others. This time, I only had the pancakes, but next time I would like to try the food as well. It's inside a park, so there's ample parking. By the way, I was surprised to see the toilet open. It was very spacious, bright and beautiful. Thank you for the meal.

::I've been wanting to go there for about 10 years now, but I haven't had the chance and I've been away from it. This time, a friend of mine came from Sapporo and we decided to go eat some sweets, so we chose this one. It is located on a hill on the outskirts of Shimizu-cho. The location is great, with a park and a pond. This restaurant is famous for its pancakes, so I ordered the Tokamitsu pancakes and the Tokachi Azuki pancakes. Both were 990 yen. The dough is fluffy and baked in a frying pan about 12 cm in diameter. That being said, I like that it doesn't have a raw feel. A big piece of butter sits on top of the pancake. Pour some honey on top and you have a sweet and salty calorie monster! I don't know much about coffee, but I found out that they only sell coffee in Hokkaido. For some reason, that opera was playing in the background, and apparently the coffee was from Italy. In addition to pancakes, the menu included curry, pizza, and pasta. Next time I'll try the whole thing for 1,580 yen. I wanted to try the soft serve ice cream, but I was told that it was only available during the summer.

Enjoy coffee from Cafe Cagliari. The coffee is delicious, but the best thing here is the pancakes. There are so many types of sauces that it can be confusing. The taste is on another level. The texture is like nothing I've ever eaten before. Highly recommended. It was lunchtime when I went, so it was very crowded. There weren't many employees so it took a long time. I want someone to give me a part-time job.
