::I tear up just thinking about how sorry I am for my father, who was taken here by ambulance and admitted to the hospital. You can imagine why, after being told that the patient's family and the patient was expected to be hospitalized for three weeks, the patient received a call that he was in critical condition a little over a day later. The completely changed appearance is burned into my eyes and I can't let it go. I think my father was most disappointed. I'm filled with regret.

::I had surgery for colon cancer. Despite all the anxiety, I met a wonderful nurse in the ICU post-surgery. A little shout out to her was exquisite, and her bright smile helped me overcome the pain. I'm glad I had the surgery here.

::Hospitalization of elderly people is not recommended. There's no explanation, and I can't even meet you even if I request. During my 3-month hospitalization period, I was not able to see or speak with the patient even once, despite his and his family's wishes. I felt that there were some conscientious staff members, but there was no coordination regarding the change of wards. Are the elderly treated like cash cows? Treatment is not based on the patient's needs, but rather on the hospital's own interests and convenience. Please avoid hospitalization of elderly people. We were hospitalized for three months, and we had to prioritize getting the patient out of this hospital somehow. After being discharged from the hospital, the patient's family continues to feel remorse for having had such a difficult time due to unnecessary treatments. I decided to post this in the hope that it will be helpful for those who have a similar experience.

::Relatives were rushed to the hospital and received life-saving measures. I was given a report each time about the treatment status and future actions, and I felt that the explanations and guidance were very thorough (I didn't feel like I was being kept waiting). It's a hospital where you can really feel at ease as all the doctors, medical staff, and administrative staff are very responsive. *Medical expenses can be settled in cash or credit card.

::Both the doctors and nurses are kind. They respond in a friendly manner rather than in a businesslike manner. Even when I felt unwell on a holiday, I called and they took care of me. This is helpful because if you have a medical reservation, you can come in before the reception opens at 8am and fill out the waiting list. However, there is only one automatic payment machine, so you may have to wait quite a while when it is crowded. If you pay by credit card, the process will be completed a little faster. There are plenty of parking lots, so parking is no problem. Miyako Bus also runs, although it is not frequent. Taxis are always waiting.
