  I went to Joyo Bank awhile ago. My experience was very bad. I came there to open an account. I am with a friend that can speak nihongo. I am nihongo wakaranai. So here's the story. Ate (my friend) said to one of the employee that i will open an account. Then the employee started talking to me. But i can't speak nihongo because i just came here 7months ago. So i said to the employee "gomene. Nihongo wkaranai desu. Kanojo isho nihongo wakaru chotto mate ne" (i dont know if she understand what i said). So there, i gave my residence card. She checked it and so. Then she told my friend it's a long process because they still have to check more about me. So my friend tried to ask papers or forms to be fill up. Then the employee refuse. She said "sirabeteru kara. Chotto dekinai desu" i was like WHY SHE REFUSE TO GIVE ME PAPERS TO FILL UP? I may be nihongo wakaranai but i have a father that can help me fill up those forms because he is japanese. So for the employee that doesn't seem to want me to open an account in their branch, to tell you honestly, YOU ARE NOT SO ACCOMMODATING. You are not helping your customers who needs your help. I was very disappointed. Because i felt just because i am nihongo wakaranai you will not treat me like the way you treat Japanese customers.
