Previously, I had a cleaning done a week before the treatment, and I was also forced to have a cleaning done right before the treatment, and it cost me nearly 6,000 yen just to brush my teeth. Even when I wasn't satisfied and asked for an explanation, he was adamant that it was the norm. I would have liked a convincing explanation if it was really necessary. To be frank, I couldn't accept the crap. On another day, I was asked if I could have an x-ray taken, and I said yes. After that, the fees were increased without any explanation. Normally, you wouldn't ask something like, "I'll have to pay for an x-ray, but is that okay?" In addition, the attitude of the receptionist is bad, although not all of them.
