::Unfortunately, the entrance is narrow, so if you have to wait, you have to wait outside. The good thing was that we came as a group of 5 people and they prepared two tables for us. The quantity and taste were similar to what I'd get elsewhere, and the pricing didn't seem cheap, even for the children's set.

::Lunch until 5pm on weekdays is a great deal. Also, the kids menu is cheap and comes with a drink bar, which is nice. There are many types of pasta and they are delicious.

::Visited right after opening on Saturday. I visited Jolly Pasta Kashiwa branch again and was able to enjoy the surprisingly delicious food just like last time. Despite my strong previous impressions and high expectations, this meal far exceeded them. In particular, the creative Japanese-style pasta ``Takana Mentaiko Butter Japanese Style'' was a dish full of surprises and joy. Its rich ingredients, beautiful appearance, and depth of flavor kept the deliciousness dancing in my mouth. As the name suggests, Takana Mentaiko Butter Japanese Style was a perfect combination of Japanese elements and Western-style pasta. Every time I took a bite, my mouth was filled with the crunchy texture of the mustard greens, the rich flavor of the mentaiko, the plump texture of the shimeji mushrooms and squid, and the refreshing flavor of the green onions. Each ingredient is perfectly balanced and the harmony that weaves in your mouth can only be described as exquisite. It looked gorgeous, and the sight of the colorful ingredients moving around in the bowl was appetizing. I felt that this one dish alone was worth visiting again and again. It also comes with dashi soup, which you can add to the pasta midway through to enjoy like a soupy pasta, or just drink it on its own. And the dessert, ``Colorful Fruit Parfait with Dried Fruits,'' also brought a moment of bliss. Inside the parfait, the cake with a mushy texture and smooth fresh cream overlapped, giving you a melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich flavor. The colorful frozen fruits were beautifully arranged like jewels, and just looking at them made my heart skip a beat. The freshness and sweetness of the fruit complemented the delicate balance of the dessert. It was the perfect dessert to enjoy after a meal, and a great choice to end the meal. The food at Jolly Pasta Kashiwa was even better than the last time I visited. Not only is the quality of the food and the depth of flavor, but the quality of the service is also very high, making you feel at home. Best of all, even though it is a chain restaurant, you can tell that the chefs here put their skills and passion into the food. I would like to continue to visit this restaurant regularly and enjoy the wonderful food. Jolly Pasta Kashiwa branch is truly a blissful place for pasta dishes. ----------- (Last time 1 year ago) I ordered the summer-limited "chilled cappellini roast beef and soft-boiled egg (1,190 yen)." The large portion of pasta (+250 yen) + additional roast beef (+390 yen) ended up costing me around 2,000 yen including tax, but I was satisfied with the taste. I'll come back later. It was lunch time on a Saturday (I entered the store around 11:30), and the serving time was just right without feeling like I had to wait.

::It is a member of the Zensho Group, which also owns Sukiya and COCO'S, but as a major chain restaurant, you can enjoy authentic al dente food. I was surprised when I ate spaghetti at COCO'S, even though we were in the same group, and it was completely different. I had lunch with Japanese-style shrimp and clams pasta (large serving) ¥869, lunch salad ¥209, and lunch drink bar ¥209. Lunch is large and free, so be sure to ask for it. I gave it 3 stars, but I would actually like to give it 3.5 stars.
