::Really cool an authentic place with a very nice local atmosphere. Had a nice chat with two other patrons who helped us out suggesting dishes to try. The waiter was also super nice and helpful. At the end the manager greeted us at the door.

::Amazing food and service! He google translated the whole time to explain the menu and each dish

::A nice place, and they attempted to help us order in English which was very welcome. I would like to say that unlike the other reviews suggest, there is very little English support at this restaurant and there are no English menus. That's not a fault of the restaurant though (didn't factor it into the stars), just worth noting if you're following google to places. Food was good, but felt like it needed a little more seasoning. Taste was just a little flat. They had a good range of dishes on offer. Staff were incredibly friendly, though there was a language barrier at times. Atmosphere of the place is a little mixed as there are several different places to eat across the one restaurant (from tables to seating along a bar). The building itself is a little run down, but everything is clean and well-kept. Would recommend it if your Japanese skills are good, but also it wasn't the best I've ever had.

::Fantastic place recommended by another Izakaya as was specifically looking for the toyama black ramen, it was delicious, best ramen I've had! The guys were super nice & chatty even using Google translate to carry conversation, but the effort was felt and appreciated, very glad I came to Toyama!

::Absolutely loved it! True izakaya style bar/restaurant. Great beers and cocktails. Fantastic food. We had tempuras, eels ( nigiri), stewed beef with fried radish and more. Google translate helped us a lot translating the menu. Service was fantastic, as always in Japan!
