I had the impression that the examination itself was very thorough, but even though the doctor made various suggestions for a single session, which was the first time, the doctor left the room each time and then came back. I had to wait quite a while each time, so in the end I decided to go home halfway. (By the way, there was no one in the room during that time, so I ended up putting on my coat first and standing inside the room waiting even though I was leaving midway.) Also, the cleaning was done by an assistant (?), but during the cleaning, the cleaning water slipped and got into my nose, and toothpaste stuck out around my mouth, and I was left without a word. The whole thing gave me the impression of being inexperienced and sloppy. Furthermore, when covering his face with a towel, he would sometimes say, ``I'll put a towel over it beforehand,'' and other times he would suddenly put it on without saying anything, and the angle of his face would suddenly be moved with both hands without a word. The building is very clean and comfortable, and the hand soaps and creams available are Aesop and Molton Brown, and I thought it was wonderful that the space was designed with a very high quality. On the other hand, I couldn't help but wonder if I was spending my money in the wrong place. I think that the first thing that needs to be ensured is "human resources", but I got the impression that this is lacking in the first place and that education and rules are not thoroughly enforced at all. When I consulted with the staff and Dr. Koyama, he kindly treated me with a smile and told me that he would use laughing gas to calm me down and then begin treatment. I think the treatment was difficult because the anesthesia didn't really work on the back teeth, but is it okay to have it done midway through each treatment? I was able to receive treatment with peace of mind. Laughing gas is recommended, especially for people who are scared. After drinking a little alcohol, I felt a bit tipsy. Dr. Koyama then says hello and asks how you're feeling, in a voice that sounds like something out of an anime, and begins treatment. She gently asks me to breathe slowly through my nose (because I can't see it because of the towel). If you are afraid, this voice will reassure you. Even if you send a text message, the reservation date and time will be sent to you one day in advance, which is helpful.
