  Better remaining enough time to go especially if you have big luggage as there is only one small lift and always full

  It's a convenient "landing place" in the city if you are coming from Narita. It takes abt 81mins and ¥1030. Lotsa budget accoms, tons of food options. Very unpretentious area with lotsa old neighbourhoods to explore. Ueno Park warrants a morning walk and a visit to the museums with world-class collections.
