  I was very impressed by their courteous response and friendly attitude. I have been asked to do housework and cleaning, but I have almost never been offended. Information sharing is thorough, and requests for consideration etc. are conveyed to the administrator, and responses are quick. A couple of times my bowl broke when I was having my clothes washed, but I had no complaints because they promptly bought the same or similar item. They are more polite than my previous local contractor and can do a lot of things, which is a great help ☺️
