::There is a parking lot in front of the store. For 2 cars? There are also 3 parking spaces in the monthly parking lot next to the store? can be. No.6 and 7 were confirmed. There is a landmark. I wasn't particularly concerned about hygiene. There's just the season.

::Fujisawa family@937-6 Endo, Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture Hello, I'm Sapio _____________ 🟦An old family lineage that inherits the taste of the Matsuri family! Personally, it was a nostalgic noodle activity where I felt like I was able to experience the taste of the old "Matsuriya". ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ [Score] 89 points ☆4.4 [access] From the west exit of Shonandai Station, take the Shonan 11/17 or Fuji 39 lines and get off at Koide Ipponmatsu, then walk for 3 minutes. [Order menu] Regular ramen 700 yen + egg-cooked rice 250 yen [Sequence/System] No line, ticket system [ingredients] Animal soup stock, chicken oil, pork chashu, seaweed, green onions, spinach, Chinese noodles. [taste] pork bone soy sauce This is the store where ``Matsuriya'' used to be. Matsuri family is a direct descendant of the Yoshimura family. When I was a student, my university was relatively close, so I ate there often. At that time, I didn't really know about direct lineage or family lineage. I believe that the ``Nishiki family'' that was located in front of the station is the real family lineage. Until halfway through, I thought of ``Matsuriya'' as more like a branch or a sect. My family has memories of thinking, ``Wow...it's so rich...'' every time I eat it... The owner of Matsuri-ya changed its name and started offering a completely different type of ramen. It seems that this store was handed over to a disciple. Visited around evening and no guests When I looked at the ticket, it was ``average ramen 700 yen''...too cheap. Furthermore, there is something called student ramen, and if you show your student ID, you can get a 50 yen discount on almost all ramen. The unusual ``tamago kake gohan'' (250 yen) with a lot of boiled egg on top of the regular ramen is also an added bonus. I'm worried that it might be a little too cheap these days. It's open all day now. The interior of the store is very old. Is there any resistance to bringing a woman along? Various seasonings on the table The presence of green garlic shows a glimpse of the direct lineage. I made all the calls normal. _____________ 🟦 Thoughts ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ “Wow…it’s so rich…” I think so, hard puncher pork bones! The taste is more like the sharpness of the sauce than emulsification. The pork bones have a texture that makes you think they are aged. And the ammonia-like scent that is common in old families brings out a sense of nostalgia... I felt so nostalgic that I almost cried. This...isn't it the same taste...that I had that time? At least that's how it felt to me Now I have the impression that even Yoshimuraya doesn't have this taste... I am grateful that the taste of the past is here. Taste and aroma of hometown It's a taste that you can't get in Tokyo. ...I'm starting to lose confidence, where can I eat nostalgic family food in Tokyo? The noodles are medium thick and short, typical of the family style. I forgot to check if it was Sakai Seimen or not, sorry. Toppings are pork chashu, seaweed, green onions, and spinach. The soup is strong and salty, so I tried to be comforted by the egg-cooked rice. Thank you for the soy sauce sauce that made it so delicious. It's a quick meal Thank you for the meal Fujisawa Family @ 937-6 Endo, Fujisawa, Kanagawa, Japan Hi, I'm Sapio. _____________ Old family lineage that inherits the taste of 🟦 Matsuriya! ::Special ramen 960 yen It's a very reasonable restaurant for a portion like this for less than 1,000 yen. The taste is truly home-style. The taste of harsh mushrooms in the around 40's bag is addictive. I can lean back. Changing the taste with the seasonings on the table is also part of the fun. The rare ascetic garlic was especially delicious, as was the chili pepper. It packs even more punch. I went there on a Saturday at noon, and I guess it's popular because there was a steady stream of people coming in. There are about 15 seats. There are quite a few seats (counter only), so the turnover is fast.

::Going out for work Discussing lunch meals with subordinates If you like ramen... For the festival family directly descended from Yoshimura, Apparently he's been there many times I think it's very different from the direct line. First visit despite my expectations Medium-hard ramen with chamayo bowl Are the unusual thick noodles chewy? Isn't the soup bad? I bought it by mistake for char siu bowl. Mawodon was too sweet and a failure. Please take a good look at the ticket vending machines and see if they change. My subordinate's egg-cooked rice? Apparently the flavor was quite strong. I ate too much...
