::It has been moved from its previous location on the first basement floor in front of City Hall to the second floor, about 20 meters south of where Otsuka is located. The previous basement atmosphere was nice, but the atmosphere with the windows on the second floor is also nice, giving it a bit of a hideaway feel. I had just finished lunch, so I only had coffee, but a customer who came later asked for lunch, and the waitress said, ``Today's hayashi rice.'' I thought, Wow, I want to try that. So next time I would like to try it for lunch too. Looks like I can have a light drink at night. It takes less than 2 minutes to park your car in the parking lot next to City Hall and walk. I think this is recommended for people who work in front of the station and want to have some spare time, or who like a restaurant that is not too busy.

::The overall taste and the delicious dry curry make you feel like you're in a long-established coffee shop in Jimbocho, Tokyo. Please note that it is not a separate smoking area, but people who like the feeling of a hideaway will definitely like this restaurant.
