I don't want to give even 1 star. I wanted a pain-free delivery, and I heard that the obstetrics department at KKR, where a relative of mine gave birth, had moved here, so I made a phone call and visited the hospital. I should have told them over the phone, at the reception desk, or even in the doctor's office, but when I was about to leave after the doctor's appointment, they said, ``We do not offer painless delivery for first-time babies.'' No, no, then I shouldn't have come to the hospital in the first place. Even though I was extremely unwell in the early stages of pregnancy, I had to adjust my work schedule and came here feeling dizzy. I will never use this place again. I would like the initial consultation fee of 7,700 yen to be returned.

This is also my evaluation, but I have been going to a clinic so far, so I will also include comparisons with that clinic. I was originally visiting the obstetrics department at a different clinic, but due to unavoidable circumstances, I decided to transfer and have my prenatal check-up and delivery done here. When I told her about the mental illness I developed two years ago, she recommended that I be transferred to a general hospital with a psychiatric department, in case it relapsed after giving birth. To be honest, my last birth (within a year) was at a clinic, but they didn't say anything and I was mentally calm and okay, so I told them that, but I still had to be transferred to a hospital that took 30 minutes each way. was recommended. With two children under the age of 3, I really didn't want to be transferred to a hospital far away, so in the end I decided to transfer to a clinic that was not too far from my home. Simply put, general hospitals are tough in that respect, and the waiting times are long. If you have severe morning sickness or find it tiring to sit for a long time during your late pregnancy, this is not recommended. I also regret that I did not do enough research. I think they were very kind when it came to medical examinations and blood draws. This is an evaluation of the hospital system (?), not the people.

I went to a gynecologist. About 3 years ago, due to the coronavirus pandemic, I couldn't be present to give birth.I was alone and even though the contractions were getting stronger, I ignored them.In the end, the midwife came in a hurry and said, ``Don't strain!'' !” he yelled. (It's impossible not to use force because it applies force unconsciously.) The quality of the midwives was poor overall, and I had a really bad birth, so I would recommend another gynecologist. I'm still annoyed that I posted this.

There is a huge difference between a very kind and polite midwife and a casual and sloppy midwife. I was treated pretty harshly by a midwife. Also, even when I asked for a favor while in the hospital, I almost never got it done, and I had to ask twice or three times before I could get it done. Also, the woman in charge of blood collection in the central treatment room was not very responsive.

I got operation at this hospital and they attended me very well, some nurses were not friendly (looks like they doesn’t really wanted to attend foreign) but others were super friendly. Food was decent considering its a hospital, one of the kitchen staff came to ask me if food was ok for me and i really appreciate it, other staff who brought food wasn’t friendly at all. Doctor was efficient on his job and he always care about my healthy and was clear to me (he also speaks English even of course prefer to speak in Japanese) I’ll have other operation in this hospital and for now I give 5 stars cuz the good things are better than the bad things. Special mention for one nurse that was the best, friendly, efficient, fast, kind, etc, etc After get the other operation probably this review can change. Keep healthy all !!!!
