Also, even though I was asked to confirm my name and physical condition by repeating it back to them, when I called the nurse over the phone, the name and condition were different, which made me even more irritated. The nurse spoke in a kind, caring manner and explained to me that even if I went to the emergency center, the ambulance would have priority, and that the waiting time would be physically taxing, but the office staff had a kind tone from the beginning. He was very blunt and gave me the worst impression. After reading the reviews, I understand that the ratings are low. Please think about how you would feel if someone treated you like this when you are in a difficult situation before engaging in the medical field. The words and actions of a single person like you can bring down the reputation of even good teachers and nurses. ⭐︎I don't want to give it a 1, but since I can't post, I have no choice but to give it a 1.

::I am indebted to Mr. Yamada at Meniere. Dr. Yamada may look rugged, but he kindly and carefully explains symptoms and treatment plans. There's an atmosphere where it's easy to ask questions, which is really helpful. I've been in the hospital for about a week, but everyone at the reception, nurses, serving staff, and cleaning has been so heartwarming. I was reluctant to eat hospital food, but it was elegant and delicious, and I am satisfied with my hospital life and treatment.
