::I was brought here by ambulance🚑 and the diagnosis was heart failure due to pneumonia. I had a fever of over 38 degrees and had bloody sputum, so I called 911 myself. I looked like I was used to emergency treatment, and was in a daze when I was in the treatment room, where several young interns appeared to be intubating me, and I was covered in tubes. After I entered the room, the nurse in charge encouraged me, and I was treated with kindness and kindness. I was taken care of at a hospital full of beautiful women. I was also impressed by the care given by Dr. Furudono, who was very close to the patient and didn't make a disgusted face.He was negative for coronavirus and influenza, and his phlegm became clear in about a week. My voice became hoarse, but my temperature was normal, and they drove me to the university where I was scheduled for heart surgery, with a doctor and a nurse accompanying me. I am grateful.

::When my husband visited a private hospital with severe vomiting due to symptoms of his chronic asthma, he was rushed to the Atomic Bomb Hospital here with a letter of introduction stating that the cause of his vomiting was asthma. However, there were almost no interviews, no questionnaires were filled out, and there was no examination for asthma, only a CT scan. I was then told that the cause of my vomiting was cancer, and was admitted to the hospital the same day. I later learned that this doctor was a first-year trainee. My husband called me in the middle of the night and told me that he was dissatisfied with the diagnosis and would be discharged the next day. When the hospital refused, I forced myself to leave the hospital. When I went to get a second opinion, it was a complete misdiagnosis. I requested medical records and nursing records, and when I checked, I found out that I was indeed diagnosed with cancer, liver cirrhosis, and even though I don't drink, I was also diagnosed with alcoholic liver damage. Misdiagnosis of liver cirrhosis and alcoholic liver disease has also been proven in second opinions. Onpart's medical records and nursing records are filled with false information, even though no medical examination was conducted in the first place. When I complained about these things to the Counseling and Support Office of the Atomic Bomb Hospital, the man told me to get a lawyer if I had any complaints, and that the hospital's consensus was that they had just reported the matter to the police because it was interfering with business operations. . When I checked, it wasn't reported and it was just a threat. In the end, I cried myself to sleep.

::The price for a private room is around 3,000 yen per day. Private rooms are comfortable for both patients and their families. At this price, even ordinary people can use a private room, which is nice. The hospital has a 50-50 split of shared rooms and private rooms, with more private rooms than in traditional hospitals. Even so, there are times when the private rooms are full and you cannot enter. The hospital has been rebuilt and is still new, so it's clean. The name Atomic Bomb Hospital came from the fact that it was built to help the atomic bomb survivors at a time when many of them were suffering from radiation damage. However, it can be used by anyone, not just hibakusha. About 10 years ago, Nagasaki University tried to integrate this school with a municipal hospital, but it failed due to opposition from atomic bomb survivors. Thank goodness it wasn't integrated. My wife was hospitalized with breast cancer and is still doing well. Since there are some low reviews based on word of mouth, I cannot comment on the level of other medical care as I am an amateur.
