::The baby's condition was not good and we called in the emergency room late at night. However, since there was no pediatrician at the hospital I was in charge of that day, I was told to contact the JRCS or a municipal hospital, so I called the nearest one first. I explained his condition and said, ``I suspect RS (because the symptoms were similar in many ways). When I consulted #8000, I was told that I think it would be okay to go to the emergency room.'' "It was your mother's decision to suspect RS, right? There's no one around her who tested positive, right?" she said in a high-pressure manner, and in the end she refused, saying that she wasn't in charge of the current time slot. . I'm an amateur, but I'm a mother and I'm worried about my baby, so I'm seeking advice. Is it okay to see a doctor just because you have suspicions? I was told that RS can be particularly severe in babies, so I was concerned about that and wanted to get a diagnosis to see if it was positive. I just moved here from outside the prefecture, and I'm really disappointed in the poor service provided by the hospital in this city. [Additional note] When I was examined at another hospital, it was still RS. I will never call you again, thank you very much.

::The Japanese Red Cross's psychiatry department is over. The ward will no longer exist, and the only full-time doctor (Dr. M) will retire at the end of October. I don't know if a full-time doctor will come from November after that... Dr. M saved me and I am so grateful. Thank you very much for everything.

::It's a great memory from about 7 or 8 years ago, but it's a true story about how I was hospitalized in a large room due to a cerebral infarction, and the nurses beat me up. First, dinner was not served twice in January, and on one occasion, a young nurse intentionally overturned the meal on the futon and made it dirty. The nurse didn't want to do anything when she took a bath, so she laughed and poured detergent all over her body, and had no choice but to wash it herself with her crippled hands. I could have at least taken a shower, but a bucket of hot water was poured over me, and another young female nurse laughed and poured hot water over the elderly person who was bathing with me. Moreover, he laughed out loud that he was a monk in training. Since then, I have had to bathe alone. One male nurse said it was heaven because he was fed, had a toilet, and a bath every day. Visitors to the patient in the bed next to me were having a party even after midnight, so I called the nurse and asked them to stop, but I was told that the Japanese Red Cross was free to visit after 10 p.m. A few months later, I had severe gout and was hospitalized again at the Japan Red Cross Hospital for two days, but when I came back in the middle of the night because I needed to go to the bathroom, I fell while getting back into bed from my wheelchair and couldn't move. The female nurse just watched over me. I was planning to go back the next day and was preparing to go home, but I was greeted with a barrage of requests to hurry up and pick me up. When I was hospitalized for a cerebral infarction, an acquaintance of mine was also hospitalized. When I asked about it later, I was told that it was so bad that I had to move to a private room. I don't want him to be admitted to the Hachinohe Red Cross in the future.

::Thank you for your help at the obstetrics and gynecology department. All the doctors and midwives were kind, but there was one midwife who had an overbearing attitude. The day after I gave birth, I couldn't get out of bed and when I called the nurse, for some reason she clicked her tongue and sighed. Since it was a private room, it was easier to understand the attitude. His words were often harsh, but his harshness was even more noticeable in his demeanor. For some reason, she is very kind to my husband and not to me...I just gave birth and it was quite tough both physically and mentally, so I wonder if she treats other people the same way. When I cried, I had to force myself to wake up even though my body was hurting... I wonder what it was like to give birth for the first time! ? I think it's important not only to take care of the baby, but also to take care of the mother who just gave birth...If I were to have a second child, I would want to go to a different maternity hospital.

::My mother had her gallbladder removed at this hospital and we had a wonderful experience. The operating doctor was very thorough, kind, listened and explained everything to us in a way we could understand, surgery was a success with no mishaps. My mother is quite grumpy with people but she had nothing but good things to say about the nurses. I can see the reviews are bad for this hospital but there was nothing bad in my daily visits for almost a week. Thank you Red Cross for taking care of my mother.
