  We were there with emergency admission few months ago. We are so blessed that paramedics sent us to this hospital and we were in good hands. The doctors, nurses, OT&PT team and hospital staffs were exceptionally professional, kind and passionate. Although we know nothing about Japanese, they use the translator devices to help us to understand, thank you for the patience and kindness. The food there were the best hospital food ever, they make sure the diet is balance and always ask for feedback. Last but not least, thank you Dr Takizawa and your hospital team, thank you for your outstanding dedication and care. Your compassion and kindness have made a real difference in recovery. We are grateful for the exceptional support you provided during our time at your hospital.

  My grandmother was injured while traveling and was taken by ambulance to this hospital for surgery. Although we barely spoke Japanese, everyone at the hospital was friendly. I am really, really grateful to the doctors and nurses in the emergency room, nurse Momo O on the 7th floor, doctor Masahi O, and office staff member Lu O🥹🥹. In addition, thanks to all the employees who helped us, we were able to return to Korea with less mental distress even though we had an accident overseas. I leave with good memories of Japan thanks to the best system and many people who care about patients. Thank you so much!🥹👍🏼👍🏼

  I came here with my grandmother because I received a call from the facility that she was vomiting even when she ate. I won't reveal the name of the disease, but it's a disease that requires surgery, and it's also a matter of age, so please think about it for a week. I was told that I would have another test in a week and would like to talk to you about it, so a week later I went back to the hospital with my grandmother. My grandmother vomited even when she ate, so it seemed like she had hypoglycemia, so we decided to have her tested and put on an intravenous drip. After that, the story goes that surgery won't make things better, and since you're a year old, you might not be able to tolerate surgery.If you have to do it, I'll ask you to sign a consent form, right? That said, I had no intention of having surgery a week ago, I just didn't want to take the risk. It was just left alone for a week and weakened. I'm in pain right now, but I'm not doing anything. You're telling me in a roundabout way that you should just leave me alone and die because I'm old, right? I know that a year is a year, but is there a way to say it? I've never met a doctor who didn't care so much about his patients. If you are looking for a gastroenterologist, I think you should go to another hospital. I'm the head of the gastroenterology department, and I'm a person who is good at teasing the feelings of patients who don't seem to have any compassion...LOL

  I was there for my yearly Healthcheck, slow, confusing process, useless staff it's all what i can say.

  Terrible hospital. Very uncomfortable place. Millones of stupid rules. If have chance go to another hospital.
