::My family was hospitalized for surgery. The ward nurse at that time was extremely cruel, so I'm leaving her there as a substitute. There are a lot of things that bother me, but first of all, it was noisy because about 4 nurses were talking loudly and laughing. Another nurse was paying attention to the incident, and it seems that everything could be heard all the way to the hospital room. With so many sick patients in the hospital, I wondered what it would be like to speak privately or laugh so loudly that it could be heard all the way to the hospital room. As for the nursing care, they don't seem to prioritize their own needs rather than listening to the patient's pain, and the occasional decent nurse notices and takes care of it.The slow response causes unnecessary pain. What does it mean to give time? The intravenous drip was so painful that it brought tears to my eyes, and even when I complained about it, I was told, "It's almost over!" When I told another nurse, she took care of it right away because my arm was extremely swollen. There are many others, but I won't be able to write them all, so I'll just leave this one here. I usually live in the metropolitan area, but I have never heard of or seen a hospital in the metropolitan area where there are so many horrible nurses. When I talked to my family and friends, it seems that many people say that the nurses at the JRCS are the worst. Are you not aware of your role as a medical worker? Because of this, you can't help but think that this is a rural hospital. I don't want to be hospitalized in this hospital again.

::The reception at the outpatient clinic during the day is very poor. In the emergency room, I could see the nurses looking like they were in a tizzy during the examination. I'm doing my job as a nurse, but when I see what's going on behind the scenes, I wonder if it's okay. The Japanese Red Cross is losing its heart. A lot has changed. The number of patients has decreased considerably.

::I just went to the doctor in the summer and was diagnosed with heatstroke. When I went to another hospital, a serious illness was discovered. I understand that you are busy, but I would like you to give me a thorough examination. I'm too scared to go anymore.

::Even though people are still required to wear masks at medical institutions, I often see patients without masks. I was waiting quietly in the waiting area, but a man without a mask started coughing at me right behind me. I was still due to see a doctor at another medical institution, but I went home for a while, took a full-body shower, changed my clothes, and went back to work. If there is a patient who is coughing without a mask, I would like them to take appropriate measures. I was thorough about disinfecting my hands with alcohol, but that alone is meaningless.

::I was dissatisfied with the tall, thin-headed person (I don't know his name) who probably had plastic surgery who took care of me after I was rushed to the emergency room due to an accident, was hospitalized overnight, and was still unable to move in the morning. So when are you going back? I was told that it was time to go home, so I shook off the nurse's stillness and went home right away. I got really scolded at another hospital when I asked why they were moving. Is it not possible to be treated like a patient here unless you make money? Even if I'm about to die, if my mouth moves, I'll refuse this place.
