It is true that Yu-Packet Post cannot be accepted directly at a post office counter, but I cannot understand why someone would refuse to ask me how to use it.   I went there to send some mail and make a money transfer. First, when I went to the counter to send out my mail, a male staff member helped me, and after paying the postage, I was able to get it done. Afterwards, when I tried to go to another counter to process the transfer, that person said they would take care of it and made the process go smoothly. It felt very good.

  I have asthma. When I went there first thing in the morning, the office smelled like cigarettes. I would like people to stop smoking indoors where there is a strong smell. Smokers may feel better with cigarettes, but those who get caught in the smoke have difficulty breathing and inflammation occurs deep in the lungs, resulting in a large amount of phlegm coming out the next morning. I usually try to hold my breath and avoid going to places where smoking is likely to occur, such as entertainment facilities and bars, but I never expected to be attacked inside the post office. You can drink drinks, eat food, and get some rest. But please refrain from getting into trouble for smoking.

  I think the customer service at the counter is kind and courteous. There is no recommendation for fixed deposits or insurance, and it is very easy to use for individuals.
