Why do so many of the male employees (part-timers?) at the counters at small post offices look down on themselves and have a bossy attitude? Not only here, but at other small post offices, there are many male employees with the same bad attitude.

When I went to open a corporate account It took a day for everyone to read gibberish. I went to the Legal Affairs Bureau twice even though I had called in advance to confirm the required documents.
