  Why are they so unfriendly and have such bad customer service? After all, since they've been privately run, all post offices have had such bad attitudes that it really makes me angry.

  Even though rain was forecast for two days, my luggage was left outside the entrance hood and was soaking wet. Inside was an LED lantern, and luckily it turned on, but I would be horrified to think that it was a book. I would like it to be placed inside the entrance hood. Is it harassment?
