::Very helpful staff. Enjoy to visit the office. Thank you for speaking English, too. Handy when you visit JP for first time and not fluent in Japanese 😇

::The service is actually good and fast. The women staff can speak English fluently. She is so kind and willing to help.

::Parking is limited and difficult to get in and out. There are many cars on the street, so it is difficult to park on the street even for a short time. It was easier to park the car before the move.

::Too slow to respond. Even though it's busier than other post offices, it's too slow to respond to each person. Even though I want to ship it by Yu-Pack, I have to take a number tag. I will never use it again

::This is probably the worst branch in Sapporo. They don't know Japan's laws. They refused to process a transfer for me because "non-residents must be in Japan for 6 months". I am a resident. I showed him my zairyu card, my My Number Card, and paychecks from my job. I refuted every reason he could have to not process the transfer. I was still rudely refused. Attention JPost clerk: it is wrong (and probably racist) to insist someone is not a resident because of Japan because of how they look. If you want to be a xenophobe do it on your own time, not at your job. FYI the branch by Soen did the transfer just fine (over the ATM no less, something the clerk here rudely told me was impossible)
