  When I called to inquire about purchasing greeting stamps, they looked for what they had in stock. Although it was a busy time at the end of the year, they were kind enough to accommodate me.

  It can't be helped that the designated time may be over, but How is it that even if you come after 9pm, you won't hear a single "Excuse me"?
