::Website says open until 5pm,but that is a lie. Staff is rude and unhelpful. They locked my account because I am foreign. The website says "To unlock your account, bring your Foreign Resident Card and bank book or cash card." I did and the staff told me I also needed my inkan, who just carries around their inkan everywhere they go? Why didn't they send me a letter before locking my account? This bank is in a post-office and they can't send a letter?
