  I used it on Saturday at 7:30pm. ATMs in Japan Post Bank stores are probably open until the latest. It was convenient and there were no fees.

  The reception staff's customer service attitude and behavior were as if they were looking down on people and making fun of them. Very unpleasant.

  Japan Post Bank is a regular post office. However, the guides are very kind and do their best to explain anything you don't understand. And even if you don't have anything to do and pass by the bank counter, they will greet you cheerfully with a smile.
