  First visit to the store after the counter coin fee was introduced (twice as much as at banks!). In the past, even if there were only 2 or 3 people waiting after the counter was opened to less than half, it would take 30 minutes, but this time, even though it was not a busy day or day of the week, there were 5 or 6 people standing instead of sitting in the waiting chairs. It's crowded. There are fewer people processing it than before. The waiting time is displayed as 15-20 minutes, but even if it's not crowded, you'll have to wait 30 minutes. From now on, you should expect it to take at least an hour, including processing. Also, ATMs always charge fees for deposits and withdrawals, including coins. The facilities, number and quality of staff are very poor, and the waiting time is extremely long. Especially after the introduction of coin fees, the service is even worse. Furthermore, it feels inflexible and bureaucratic.
