  Even though it wasn't lunchtime yet, there were 5 customers waiting. Only one window is open. The customer service is not the same.

  I use it once a month, usually between 11am and 12pm on weekdays. Compared to the post office side on the same floor, the bank side always has fewer users (visually), and there are almost no people around. In general, the waiting time is short and smooth. I think the staff at the counter are kind and easy to use. Recently, I learned how to use ATMs, so I use them more often. I was very naive and had never used a card before, including at a bank, so I thought I couldn't do anything at an ATM without a card. I finally learned that when you create a card, it is linked to your passbook, and you can do anything with your passbook (& PIN). Certainly, this happens because there is a "one-to-one" relationship between the passbook and the card. Moreover, if you use a passbook, you will also be able to record your books. Although it was late, I learned a lesson. We look forward to your continued support.

  Sometimes ATMs are not open during ATM hours. The worst.
