I have visited other Japan Post counters several times, but the administrative process was so quick that I wondered what it was like and thought it would be the same here. First of all, the woman at the counter who answered my questions was efficient and tactful, and she worked well with the person in charge. The person in charge was kind and polite, and explained the process and explained the process to me. I was really happy because I was feeling nervous at the time. I was told that I would receive a response regarding the results at a later date, but regardless of the results, I am grateful that they did everything they could. Even though it was a request from me, everyone at the station thanked me on the way home, and I was moved.
