  Is it normal for everyone to know the delivery date and time of the mail? I didn't use the service often and didn't know, so I went to the counter to ask, but I was treated like a fool, which made me very sad. Since the mail didn't require stamps, I was asked to drop it off in the mailbox outside the store. Since it's a small post office, I wonder if such poor customer service is considered acceptable. It is very disappointing.

  It's a simple post office, but they handle it well.
